A Message from the Owners

Our love for Mexican cuisine began at a young age. Raul and I grew up in big families, spending holidays and weekends helping our mothers and grandmothers prepare meals for our loved ones. In 2023, our dream finally became a reality with the opening of our first restaurant in Medicine Hat, AB. We are proud to say we’ve been fully supported by our family, friends, and now the community. Our mission is to bring our friends and customers the true, authentic flavors of Mexican cuisine while passing down a piece of our roots to our six children, just as our mothers taught us.

We cherish every moment of the journey, starting with selecting the freshest vegetables from local greenhouses and producers, using Alberta-raised beef, and incorporating imported Mexican spices. Our salsas and seasonings are prepared with love every day, ensuring the highest quality and care for our customers. We proudly serve a wide variety of traditional Mexican dishes inspired by the northern region of Mexico, where we were born in Chihuahua. Our cuisine reflects the rich culinary heritage of our homeland.
